AVOCADO PUDDING THAT CAN BALANCE HORMONES, BOOST METABOLISM AND FIGHT DISEASE (AND IT TASTES GREAT)

Avocado pudding! Sounds, gross right? Wrong. When (and you will) make this delicious desert, you won’t even be able to taste the avocado. And even if you could, so what? Avocados are delicious.
Okay, enough rambling. Are you ready to try out this amazingly tasty desert that happens to be loaded with health benefits? Yes! Then try out this amazing Chocolate Avocado Pudding. It’s crazy simple to whip together and it tastes positively fabulous. You won’t regret making it for even a second.

What Are The Benefits of Avocados?

Glad you asked. They fight diseases, can balance your hormones, and boost your metabolism. What’s not to like about them. Avocados contain many good things like plan sterols, like beta-sitosterol that contains anti-estrogenic properties, meaning it can lower estrogen absorption rates and block estrogen receptors. This is beneficial as it increase testosterone in men and progesterone in women.
Did you know that avocados also contain many awesome anti-aging properties? Well if you didn’t know that you’re not alone. Only recently have researchers discovered the antiaging properties that avocados have, which defend against free radicals. This allows the good stuff to get deep into our cells into the mitochondria. They also aid in cell function whilst guarding against free radicals.

More About Avocados:

Fun fact: mitochondria are a vital part of our cells that produce a lot of cells energy. This energy isn’t all great though as it can produce volatile chemicals that damage mitochondria as well as other components of a cell; this damage ultimately causes aging, which nobody wants, right? That’s why scientists recommend using avocado oil to reverse the damage.
Furthermore, avocados are considered a healthy fat. No, that’s not an oxymoron, many people lack raw, healthy fats in their diets. Avocados contain about twenty essential vitamins and nutrients like.

  • Vitamin E
  • Boron
  • Folic acid
  • B-vitamins
  • Fiber
  • Potassium
  • Sodium
  • Magnesium
  • Calcium
  • Iron

Eating avocado can also boost your ability to properly absorb fat-soluble nutrients from certain vegetables and fruits (think lutein and beta-carotene). Also if you struggle with fungus or find yourself getting sick frequently, eat avocado. It can boost your immune system and it contains many antifungal and antibacterial properties. Not that you care (because I don’t), but this green veggie is a great source of amino acid lecithin, which helps your live function properly and boosts your brain’s functions.

So now that we’ve sifted through that useless information, let’s move on to the recipe.
