Ingredients:
- 5 bags of black tea;
- 4 cups of hot water
Preparation:
Take a large bowl, big enough to soak your legs. Fill it with warm water and put the tea bags inside. Let it sit for about 20 minutes and then soak your feet in. Leave them there for about half an hour.
Repeat this process every day for at least 10 days.
Baking soda represents another effective way to solve this problem. Apply some baking soda on your feet before you put on your socks, every day for about 2 – 3 weeks. Baking soda neutralizes the smell, but it also helps to prevent the spread and growth of bacteria!
